Booking Terms

On confirmation of booking, 50% deposit of the minimum spend will be retained.
Within 14 working days, 100% of the minimum spend will be retained.
Minimum spends can be spent on both food and drinks during the event.
Should the minimum spend not be hit, the remaining balance will be charged as a hire fee.
Entertainment can be added and is charged outside of the minimum spend.
Deposits are 75% refundable 30 days from the event. After 30 days, deposits are non-refundable.
All minimum spends are inclusive of VAT (20%) and Service (12.5%).
